Welcome to Calvo. By accessing or using calvoscientificcalculator.online, the Calvo Android app, or any related service (together, "Calvo", "we", "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use Calvo.

1. About Calvo

Calvo is a free scientific calculator, formula library, unit converter, GPA/CGPA calculator, and AI-assisted math solver, built primarily for students. It is provided as a study and productivity aid — it is not a certified or professional-grade computation tool.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

• Always double-check important calculations — especially for exams, assignments, financial decisions, engineering, medical, or safety-related work — using an official or verified source.
• The AI Math Solver feature uses third-party AI models and may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading answers, like any AI tool.
• Formula library entries are provided for reference/study purposes and should be cross-checked against your official textbook or syllabus where accuracy is critical.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Calvo and any decisions, assignments, exams, or actions based on results it provides. Calvo, its developer, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, grade, financial impact, or damage arising from reliance on the app's calculations, formulas, or AI responses.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Calvo, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the app, website, or its servers/APIs.
• Use Calvo for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable local or international law.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute Calvo's source code, formula library, or content without permission.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the app or website at scale.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Services

Calvo is free to use and is supported by advertising through Google AdSense (website) and Google AdMob (Android app). These services may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. The AI Math Solver feature relies on a third-party AI API to generate responses. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Calvo name, logo, design, and original code are the property of its developer. The formula library and educational content are compiled for study reference; underlying mathematical and scientific formulas themselves are general public knowledge and not owned by Calvo.

7. Service Availability

Calvo is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time, including offline (PWA) functionality, without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calvo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of marks/grades, or financial loss — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our features or legal requirements. Continued use of Calvo after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of the region you access Calvo from.
