How the counts work
Words are groups of characters separated by spaces or line breaks. Sentences end with a full stop, question mark, exclamation mark or the Urdu full stop. Paragraphs are blocks of text separated by blank lines. Reading time assumes 200 words per minute for silent reading, and speaking time assumes 130 words per minute.
